About the Event
A relaxing Guided Meditation Experience, with a different area of focus each month to support and uplift your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.
Since there are 100's of different ways to meditate, your tutor will also provide you with the opportunity to try some different techniques too, which will compliment the regular class format and add some interest and variety for you .. so you can find out what works best for you, and make your Meditation practice so much richer and more rewarding! This is all about You making the most of this quality time you've set aside for your own health and wellbeing .. and Eileen will work with you to help facilitate this as much as possible!
Previous Meditation experience is not essential.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily breathe and feel relaxed in. You may like to bring an extra layer with you; your body temperature will drop slightly as you become more and more relaxed. Chairs are provided for your use, but feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
Bring your own bottled water to help refresh yourself afterward too if you wish.
