About the Event
You will learn a number of stress-busting Relaxation Meditation techniques that you can practice in class and also take away for your own use, anytime and anywhere you might need it! This is so empowering .. being able to switch from Stress State to a Calm, Relaxed State in super-quick time!
You will also be able to sit back, relax, and enjoy a relaxing Guided Meditation Experience, led by Eileen. This will have a different area of focus each month to support and uplift your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health; yet all with a self-healing, self-care, whole-person-centred flavour!
Previous Meditation experience is not essential for this class and experienced meditators are also welcome to come and join in, adding to the richness of their own Meditatoin journey.
Since there are 100's of different ways to meditate, your tutor Eileen will also provide you with the opportunity to try different techniques too, which will compliment the regular class format and add some interest and variety for you .. so you can find out what works best for you, and make your Meditation practice so much richer and more rewarding! This is all about You making the most of this quality time you've set aside for your own health and wellbeing .. and Eileen will work with you to help facilitate this as much as possible!
Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily breathe and feel relaxed in. You may like to bring an extra layer with you; your body temperature will drop slightly as you become more and more relaxed. Chairs are provided for your use, but feel free to bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.
Bring your own bottled water to help refresh yourself afterward too if you wish.
